One day trip to Grifols' Museum, Barcelona

July 2017

From the "I have PID. I'm not alone" project, on July 6th, taking advantage of the school holidays and thanks to GRIFOLS, the BCN-PID Foundation organized a guided visit to the Grifols Museum in Barcelona with a group of PID teenagers. During the visit, they learned many things about the history and evolution of the blood-derivative drugs. They all showed an enthusiastic interest especially about immunoglobulin replacement therapy that many of them receive, enjoying the experience and participating very actively.

Patients rated the experience as interesting and satisfactory to complete the information about immunoglobulin replacement therapy already given by their doctors and nurses.
