World patients alliance (WPA)

As of today, the BCN PID Foundation is part of the World Patients Alliance (WPA). The WPA provides the platform to empower and raise the voice of patients to provide and access safe, quality and affordable healthcare. From the WPA, they work to ensure that patients play an active role in all stages of health including the planning, delivery, monitoring, research and evaluation of health services.
